• We offer flat-rate shipping! It is $8 flat-rate shipping for all orders being shipped to the United States.

We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible because we know how important that is to our customers. We strive to have orders processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours.

Local Pickup:

We offer FREE local pickup at our location in Ooltewah, Tennessee for easy and quick fulfillment! We are located in Cambridge Square 9470 Bradmore Lane suite 104 Ooltewah, Tennessee. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup! Be sure to choose the local pickup option at checkout.

We ship via standard carriers, ensuring your package arrives safely and promptly.

Shipping Times:

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipping:

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 10 days from your date of purchase.

• Items must be in new condition, with tags still attached, and free of odors, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear.

• Returns are eligible for store credit only.

• We offer exchange or store credit for all returned items that apply with the description provided above and within the 10 day store return policy. After 10 days we are unable to take any merchandise back. 

Non-Returnable Items:

There are a few items we cannot accept returns on due to the manufacturer’s return policy. These brands and items include HOBO Bags, SPANX, GoodR Sunglasses, any sale/clearance merchandise, including any merchandise that is deemed damaged and given a discount. 

Return Shipping:

Shipping charges (both original and return) are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges:
