Return Conditions:

Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 10 days from your date of purchase.

Items must be in new condition, with tags still attached, and free of odors, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear.

Returns are eligible for store credit only.

We offer exchange or store credit for all returned items that apply with the description provided above and within the 10 day store return policy. After 10 days we are unable to take any merchandise back.
Non-Returnable Items:
There are a few items we cannot accept returns on due to the manufacturer’s return policy. These brands and items include HOBO Bags, SPANX, GoodR Sunglasses, any sale/clearance merchandise, including any merchandise that is deemed damaged and given a discount.
